1. Reservations

  • Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

  • The person making the reservation is responsible for all guests during the stay.

  • Accurate contact information must be provided at the time of booking.

2. Payment

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the reservation platform.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Silver Creek Cabins, LLC does not store credit card information.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking platform used.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations made within the posted cancellation window may qualify for a refund.

  • Cancellations outside the allowed window may be non-refundable.

Weather conditions, road closures, or personal circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: After designated check-in time provided in your confirmation

  • Check-Out: By designated check-out time

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

5. Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

  • Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

6. Property Use

Guests agree to:

  • Use the property responsibly

  • Keep the cabin and grounds in clean condition

  • Respect neighbors and quiet hours

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing.

7. Smoking & Vaping

  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any structure.

  • Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.

  • Any smoking must be outside the property boundries.
  • Security cameras are in user 24/7 to ensure compliance.

8. Pets

Pet policies vary by rental and must be approved in advance.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund.

9. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for:

  • Any damage caused during their stay

  • Missing items or excessive cleaning required

Silver Creek Cabins, LLC reserves the right to charge for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

10. Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that staying at a rural or cabin property involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Uneven terrain

  • Wildlife

  • Weather conditions

  • Outdoor amenities

Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.

11. Limitation of Liability

Silver Creek Cabins, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or theft of personal property

  • Accidents occurring on the property

Use of the property and amenities is at your own risk.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Power outages

  • Government restrictions

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund for violations of these Terms, including unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

14. Website Use

Content on this website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

16. Governing Law
