Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is after 2:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
- Arrival details and your site number are emailed the day before your stay.
- Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, but is not guaranteed.
- Before you leave, take down your tent, pick up all trash, put out your fire completely, and leave the site as you found it.
Your Site
- Each tent site is a short, about three-minute walk from the lake.
- Up to 6 guests and 2 tents per site. Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight.
- One vehicle per site, parked only where we direct you at check-in. No driving or parking on the grass.
- Tent sites are dry sites: no water, electric or sewer hookups. Please bring your own drinking water and supplies. See the site map.
Guests, Noise & Quiet Hours
- The person booking must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for everyone in their group.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Keep music and voices low; sound carries at night.
- Day visitors are welcome with our approval, up to 4 people, and must leave by 9:00 pm.
- No parties or events without our written approval.
- Generators are not allowed at tent sites.
Campfires & Smoking
- Fires are allowed only in a provided fire pit or ring. Never leave a fire unattended, and put it out completely with water before bed or departure.
- No fires during county burn bans; we will tell you if one is in effect.
- Never use a heater, stove, grill or lantern with a flame inside a tent.
- Do not cut or damage live trees or brush for firewood.
- Smoking is allowed only at your site, away from others, with all butts picked up. No smoking near the cabin.
Pets
- Up to 2 pets per site are welcome. Choose the number of pets when you book. The pet fee is a flat $20 for your whole stay.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times while anywhere on the property, and every pet must be attended. Pets may not be left alone at the site or tied up unattended.
- Please pick up after your pet right away and put waste in the trash. If pet waste is left behind, a $100 clean-up fee will be charged.
- Our outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras. They help keep everyone safe and the grounds clean for the next guests, and they let us thank the many guests who leave their site spotless.
- Keep pets quiet and away from other guests, the cabin area and wildlife. Guests pay for any pet damage or extra cleanup.
Caring for the Property
- Store food, coolers and trash in your vehicle or a sealed container overnight. Do not feed wildlife.
- Bag all trash and either take it with you or place it in the bins we point out at check-in.
- Do not dig trenches, drive stakes into tree roots, or hang lines from young trees.
- The cabin, its deck and hot tub are reserved for cabin guests only.
- No fireworks, firearms or hunting on the property.
- Outdoor security cameras watch the entrance and driveway 24/7.
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and for extra cleanup.
Safety & Liability
- In an emergency, call 911. The property street address is in your confirmation email; give it to responders.
